Ms. Langford, a Certified Compliance Administrator, supervises a staff that provides DBE support services and AA/EEO compliance tracking and reporting. She ensures detailed reporting of EEO/DBE participation monthly and cumulative attainment vs. EEO/DBE commitment for the projects.  As an expert in community outreach and database building, Ms. Langford oversees specialized monitoring of DBE compliance issues, implementation of DBE activities and AA/EEO Programs. As a liaison with Contracts Administration, Procurement, and Project Control Personnel, Ms. Langford advocates for Minority, Women and DBE employment and subcontracting opportunities.
